At ClothingAuthority.com, we have a FREE, NO HASSLE returns policy. Order the wrong size? Order the wrong color? No problem, just follow the guidelines below:
- Send us an E-Mail to Returns@ClothingAuthority.com stating that you want to receive a Return Authorization.
- We will accept returns for any merchandise that is undecorated, unwashed, and original condition within 30 Days of purchase.
- Please fill out the form with all pertinent information.
- Clothing Authority will send you a Prepaid UPS Return Label to use for the return.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks to process return, and we will send a full refund for the merchandise.
- Shipping costs on original order will not be refunded, merchandise only.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
- Please do not ship anything without the Return Label presented.
