At ClothingAuthority.com, you will receive Free Shipping on any order totaling more than $39.00* (*total after use of any promotion).
Orders under $39.00 will be charged a low flat rate of $9.99
Please understand that orders may ship from multiple locations. When receiving your shipment confirmation, you may see multiple tracking numbers for multiple shipments.
Shipping Methods
- Orders will ship either UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or USPS-First Class depending on size of order
- UPS Surepost is a service where UPS hands the shipment off to the USPS, who in turn delivers to the customer. This allows us to ship to P.O. Boxes if necessary
How Fast do we Ship?
- Most orders placed before 3:00 PM ship same day or next day for in stock items!
- We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.
- Your order will ship from the closest of our more than 10 warehouses throughout the US. This will ensure quickest possible delivery, usually 1-3 business days. (Could take up to 7 days if product needs to come from a further building)
- We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays
- Your order may be split from multiple warehouses due to where our inventory sits. However, you will NEVER be charged anything additional for a split shipment.
- Tracking #s will be provided as your order ships, so you can follow status of delivery
